My weight up a lot,
I have to eat less, exercise more....
ON DIET !!!
I have to say NO to
- cold drink..........
- alcohol.................
- kfc............................
- Mcd.....................
- fried...........................
- snacks.................
- Meat....................
So, I bring my own food for my lunch during working days....
Brown rice, egg and vegetables..... haha....
Or all vege with brown rice^^ wow....
Yummy and healthy^^
